What we collect
We collect the task submissions you send us (text, photos, and related metadata), your phone number for account verification (one-time passcodes over SMS), and payout details needed to pay earners for cleared submissions.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the network: Twilio for SMS delivery and one-time passcodes, Kinde for account authentication, our hosting and infrastructure providers to run the app and store data, and a payment processor to send earner payouts. Each only receives the data required to perform its function.
No sale of your data
We do not sell your personal information or raw submissions to third parties. Verified task outputs are licensed to the buyer who requested them, per our Terms of Service.
